    So long as they continue to be unhidden shares they will easily be browsed no matter what you do to prevent it.

    The only way you can prevent browsing of shares is setting them up as hidden with the $.

    GPO: User Config\Admin Templates\Desktop\Active Directory

    Set 'maximum size of Active Directory searches' to 0
    Set 'Hide Active Directory folder' to hidden
