I think we might have seen this some where before:

The Windows 7 Logo Program
From that blog, it looks like they've streamlined their old idea - back to a single logo which is a yes/no for whether something works with Win 7. Compared to the array of logos with Vista which confused everyone and anyone who looked at them.
