Dell Windows 7 Upgrade Kits Capped At 25

Is there a limit on the number of tags I can order?

Yes. Only one Dell Windows® 7 Upgrade kit is allowed per service tag. In addition, the number of Dell Windows 7 Upgrade kits allowed to any one customer is capped at 25 per physical address. Customers with more than 25 PCs are encouraged to pursue Volume Licensing
Well that's just so helpful. So I buy 35 desktops but can only claim 25 upgrades!!

Can't you do it in multiple orders?? but you can definately get the 35 upgrades because otherwise it is a breach of contract if they sold you 35 computers that have the Windows 7 upgrade.

I suspect this is a Microsoft limit rather than a Dell one. The MS windows7upgradeoption site states the same thing:
Each individual may submit up to 25 Microsoft Offer Form Codes through the Windows 7 Upgrade Option Program website. If you have already or intend to purchase more than 25 computers and corresponding upgrades, please contact the Program Team.
