    Thanks dan. But do you know what the situation is for those who purchase volumes licenses from their LA outside of the schools agreement ? What do you require to be able to log in to the MVLS site and take advantage of software assurance benefits ?

    are you saying that any volume license purchase with software assurance allows indefinite free upgrade rights ?

    as long as you pay for the SA every year then you get it - you loose all rights to the software if you stop payments
