Well done - won't even let me log on already

I presume that Server 2008 R2 RC is there too?

Yup, TechNet has practically just fallen over, though thankfully download is still going. 2k8 R2 is indeed on there, it's 2nd in my download queue.

It's now the main OS on my main system and my e-sloucho laptop, very, very happy with it's performance and reliability has been more than solid even throughout the betas.

I had no problems downloading it Only took abou 20 mins to download the 3GB ISO.

The biggest pain was not being able to upgrade from the beta (I was running the 21 March build and my technician had the Technet build).

Left it restoring my files following backup so will have a play this weekend. No problems tuning in Media Center though

Hadn't bothered enabling my Technet subscription that I get with my School Agreement till today... think this deserves to go on this lovely laptop.

Will try the new Server 2008 R2 aswell.

    Thumbs up

Technet has been very very very useful ever since Soulfish brought us a subscription!

Hmm technet is something I've always looked at and thought "that would be handy" but never gone ahead to persuade SMT to pay for it.

Maybe it's about time I did! As KS Asks - what benefits does it bering to you/your school?
