XP to Win 7 Pro on HP Z200 boot issue - flashing cursor

We have 5 HP Z200 workstations quite highly specked for photographic use that originally had XP Pro on them but now have Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Four run like a dream but number five boots ok whilst I'm stood there watching it but then after use and shut down next time tries to and fails to pick up a PXE boot then goes to a flashing cursor on a black screen. Ctrl Alt Del results in it trying and failing to find the PXE boot image then going onto boot into Win 7 normally. Something in the BIOS - which is up to date I think but for the life of me I can't see what the problem is?

Might be worth resetting the cmos RAM. That has fixed strange problems a few times. That and song bios to system default.
    Good luck!

Log it with HP there is a fault on some of these machines and they need a motherboard replacement.

I would try a BIOS update and reset the settings to factory default. Hopefully should make things play nicer.
