Question Windows Movie Maker - Black Screen - Permissions?

    Hi guys,

Does anyone know of any permission settings through Group Policy that might restrict a user to be able to export a movie in Windows Movie Maker?

The user can use MM freely and their video clips can play through preview in MM however when it comes to exporting a movie the file has audio but no video, just a black screen.

The reason I think it may be permissions is that I can use MM fine on the same machine when I am logged in as admin.

Any ideas, or known fixes for this?

    Kind regards,
    Dan.

Sounds like a movie codec maybe missing? What are you outputting the file as, and what are you saving the file as. Maybe something went wrong with your media player?
