    Error when deleting files

Staff are having a cleanup at the moment of their own drives. If they open a file up to check what it is and then close it and try to delete it they get an error. (attached)

What is the best solution? If they wait say 10 minutes they can then delete the file

    Thanks

There's a policy to disable generating thumbs.db but I'm guessing you don't want to totally disable them?
