IE10 SSL TLS Issues. Only with Amazonaw stuff?

I'm having an issue with IE10 on my Windows 7 class room PCs. A setting on these PCs is stopping SSL assets from being accessible from https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/a...abexpress.com/

All other HTTPS sites I allow work. The amazon SSL assets work on my workstation using the same proxy as the class room PCs? So the issue must lie with the Class Room PCs setup.

On the Classroom PCs I get is that the amazon link is un-contactable (page not found). I'm told by the browser to check TLS SSL settings. Now I've locked down the IE settings on the curric machines so I can't just check them (machine setting so an admin can't even look)

BUT I've never changed the security settings. (As far as I'm aware)

    Ideas?

Have you tested the page using a different browser?
Or does it happen on all browsers?
I say this because i only use chrome now.
Had similar problems with explorer in the past.

I suspect a different browser would work. But I don't want Chrome.

Is the site confirmed to actually work with IE10? I have come across a number of sites that don't.

it's not the site its any asset from amazonaws via https. (actually mp3s) I have a test link that works fine in ie10 on my admin machines but not on the pupil machines. It has to be a TLS/SSL settings but they should be default!

I don't know if GPO covers the advanced features, I'll have to get GPP working but it's failed horribly so far.
