    Adobe CS6 Windows 7 Deployment Error 213:19

    Hi All,

I don't know if this is in the right place, but.

I recently packaged CS6 using the Adobe Deployment Tool, captured my windows 7 image and deployed it, now I'm getting this error every now and then and I don't know why...

"Error 213:19. A problem has occurred with the licensing of this product."

There's a few fixes listed by adobe, but I just wonder if anyone else has had this issue and what infact the actual issue really is - why does it happen etc?

    Many thanks
    martin

I believe the issue is that CS6 is not supposed to be rolled out as part of your image - at least according to Adobe - as it will then produce duplicate installs which can't activate. Individual deployment generates unique IDs which can activate. I believe that some on here have found their way round this, was in a recent thread. I stuck with CS5.5 due to this though.

The used an application supplied by Adobe to create an MSI that included all of the Adobe applications we are licences for and also included the licence details. All we had to do was send the MSI to the workstations.

    Lovely!

I used AAMEE to combat the image issue though, I followed the Adobe guidelines on how to image. See Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition | Adobe Installation and Licensing

but despite this I get the error.
