Our machines dont have IE10 but maybe it got downloaded onto her laptop. But if that was the case it would be OK on her laptop and not anywhere else - unless IE10 has got on to one of the ITSuite machines I suppose.
If it affected a registry key, is that somehow attached to the user only? Because immediately after she told me about the issue, I logged on to her machine as two other members of staff, and me, and a class, and it didnt do it?
I deleted the server and local copy of her profile, not once, but twice and it still did it.
