Delete profile folders for student group only

I'd like to delete existing profile folders on loads of laptops, but only for users in the student group (ie not teachers).

Lots of these student folders are legacy, and those users will be deleted from AD soon, so I would like to tidy up, and also prevent issues in the future if a new user is added with the same name as an old one.

I couldn't see an option for this using delprof2.

    Any help appreciated Thank you.

You can script deletion of user profiles using vbscript or powershell and WMI.

Thanks, but I was looking to do this for a group as opposed to a single user.

Have you got a script handy?

No I don't have a script, since we use some special software I wrote to control the local profile cache. However, if you search my post history I have previously posted comnplete working vbscript for deleting profiles and for reading user/group data from active directory. You should be able to combine these to produce something to do what you want.
