Disable open file security popup via GPO

    Hi

Im trying to disable the open file security popup for when users click on a start menu icon (redirected start menu).
I have made sure that the domain name is in the trusted sites with the following
File://*.domain.local - This should allow everything from within my domain. Co incidentally, i made a change to UAC last week so it wasn't so stringent. Could this have had an impact?
Everything i have tried doesn't seem to work. its getting up everyone's noses that they have to click on open on icons.

    Any ideas?
