Looking for drivers for a HP Printer.

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, I wasn't too sure where to post about this.

Anyway, does anyone know where I can get the drivers for the HP Deskjet 5440 printer. I have looked on the HP site for the drivers but it says to pull them from windows update using a USB connection for the printer. When I try looking for the drivers via windows updates it can't find them. Any suggestions or a link to the drivers for me to download please?

Have you tried doing what it suggests on the HP site?

Installing the Printer Software in Windows 7 for a USB Cable Connection HP Deskjet 5440 Photo Printer | HP® Support

If you can install it on one machine, try loading the Print Management snap-in for MMC and seeing if you can export the driver

You should be able to right click the PC name in print management and go to 'export printers to file' (part of the printer migration wizard). Once this has finished, rename the resulting file to a .ZIP extension. When you open it there is a folder called 'drivers' which you should be able to use to install on other machines
