    The easiest way I have found is to disable the boot menu entirely by running the following from an elevated Command Prompt.

    Code:
    bcdedit /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu no
    If you want to do this on multiple PCs, put that command in a Startup script.

    Once you have done this, the Advanced Boot Options screen will never appear again.
