Windows 7 client sending jpegs as bitmaps to Kyocera FS-C5100N
I have a Windows 7 32bit client that keeps sending jpeg photos as bitmaps to a Kyocera FS-C5100 printer. It's taking the printer an age to process the print job and holding up the printer for other users. This then results in me canceling the job for the teacher.
I have other clients, same image and build etc using the same printer and driver with no issues and printing correctly. Anyone else had this issue or suggestions of how to fix it? Really don't want to re-image, the teacher has a ton of profile data to back up. (God only knows why they don't use their 1TB server to save it to.)
