This is driving me up the wall now!
The problem is only affecting one user. It started when a .flp file was trying to open as a PDF. Nothing i tried fixed it. Logged in as any one else they didnt have a problem. I got annoyed and ended up wiping the machine and starting again.
This doesnt seem to have helped either. So i guessed it must be a profile issue. I renamed her profile on the server, deleted her profile from the machine. Tried again, same issue.
I've also noticed that it tries to map drives to her that havent existed for a long time. Where is it getting them from? She's running the same .vbs file as everyone else! Any thoughts?!

It sounds like there's an incorrect program association.
I'd have a look in the registry:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\
