I wondering if anyone had a solution for our students changing the name of their home drive using the organize menu? They are changing it to some nice names!changing_name.png

18th October 2012, 03:53 PM #2 Our students don't see the shares they have mapped. We give them shortcuts to the drives they need when they logon [Home folder drive letter, Resources share etc] There are no drives visible to them for them tom re-name.

Do you achieve this using Group Policy Preferences?

Yes I think it is GPP. Sorry to sound so vague but it was some time ago since I set it up and I haven't looked at it since. I will check tomorrow and get back.
