Been having some issues with windows 7 machines and office crashing, printers not applying correctly.
As a test I created a new test user account, basic gpo applying internet settings and folder redirections. The profile and data folders were setup as per this guide Best Practice: Roaming Profiles and Folder Redirection (a.k.a. User State Virtualization)
The user reported that she was no longer having the issues with excel, powerpoint etc... crashing.
Now my only concern is that if the issue stems from the setup of their current profile folders what do I do next.

I think the issues we are seeing stems from Office wanting to traverse the whole folder and not being able to allthough the guide I've followed for this test user doesn't tell me what I'd need to setup on the sub folders.
Or do I re-do what I have an do it liek this
