Find the location of a computer account in Active Directory

Have you ever found yourself spending ages looking for a computer in AD? A script I have added to the wiki will find the Computer for you and give you the full location.

If you have any comments please post them here.

    Thanks

    Z

I always use the 'find' button built into the active directory management console, does the job for me.

Good job Zack, that's a really handy tool.

@Mike: Sometimes you don't just want to find it, you want to find where it lives, particularly when you're looking at group policy problems.

    Hello FN-GM,
Needing to ask for a couple of pointers for the script when you have a moment please.
What minimum fields are required for use in finding a machine account..?
I believe my last attempt displayed my domain account and domain - left blank for default but may specify it since tied to Europe.
After those prompts seesm like nothing happens..
    thank you,
    jc
