    Taking a backup off-site should be a weekly task, not monthly.

    "Check for updates on server (monthly)" - isn't that the same as checking WSUS weekly?

    Somewhere in there (probably weekly but monthly at a push) you should have "carry out test restore from backup tapes".

    Personally, I think that projector servicing can be dropped down to the termly list rather than the monthly one.

    Not necessarily - it depends if you use WSUS to automate patch installs for your servers or just your clients. I know I don't use WSUS for servers, but am considering it for clients
