I need a template for a friends website. I'm not clever enough to design one from scratch and he's wanting something ASAP.
His business is property renovation and maintenance and I just havet seen anything that quite fits the theme.
Preferably free but I dont mind paying a little for it.
Anyone seen any sites around with some professional templates?
I'm using one of YOOthemes templates, very professional good support and there widgetkit as they call it can produce some nice effects out the box:) It is 39 euros for 3 months membership though.
I've got 1 that I am changing at the moment for a 2.5 installation. I maybe able to come up with some if you give me some ideas.

@littleMiss has he given you content to go on the website yet? Does he have a brand/logo/colour scheme?
