I could do with some help if anyone has got any information.
My father has asked me if I would redesign and take over the website for our family business. Our existing website has an Enquiry Form, which I have duplicated but cant really get my head around the scripting of it. I am using Serif WebPlus X4, designed the form using the FormWizard and then selected the 'Script from remote location' option.
The hosting that we currently use is Freeola and I have come across this page Freeola Help & Support, Form Mail script. Now maybe it is because it is the first day back after the easter holidays or i just don't have a clue, but it seems to not make much sense to me.

you then need to work thorught he instruction you've linked to and add in the required hidden fields to set the emailto, subject etc.

Yes ... sorry i'm never very good at making sense lol. I don't currently do the website so wasn't entirely sure how it was done, although I was aware of Form To Mail Script. I think what I was asking is where do I put the information that the article is refering to such as ...
