Creating a Joomla Template

Amazon.co.uk: joomla I've got a couple of the books off there aswell albeit cheaper from elsewhere which are pretty good. Joomla Dev site and Joomla forums are full of stuff for creating templates.

Easier to get an Open Source one and change it to your needs though. Easier to lean that way in my opinion aswell. Aslong as you pay attention to what your actually doing rather than chuck things round and hope for the best.

Theres also "blank" Templates floating round the net, Where the author has created some sample module posistions but theres no layout or CSS. I started with one of them when I was building one at home.
