Questionnaire on School Website
Hi,
We would like to put 2 Questionnaires on our school website, 1 for pupils to complete, 1 for Parents to complete,
We would like the results to be put together (probably some kind of database)
Anybody know where I can start or what i can use... the word FREE comes to mind!!!
We are using just a plain HTML style website, the server does allow for PHP/MySql,
Cheers,
Matt

You can use some features for free. You only need to pay if you need the "advanced" features. I've not used it myself but my wife has and found it fine for what she wanted.

It can also be used freely, just w/o all of the features.

A friend of mine has used this one, http://www.stellarsurvey.com/. He said it did the job!

How about Sharepoint? It's freeware, and I'm sure you can do quite complex surveys on it.

As in Microsoft SharePoint? (http://www.microsoft.com/sharepoint/default.mspx)
We have this, you can create surveys, and we use it as our Learning Gateway (VLE). However, it's not free!

We're using limesurvey at the minute to do customer surveys etc.
It's pretty good. Not had many problems with it, and it installs relatively painlessly on a LAMPHP system.

Hey,
Just wondering how you got on with this webman?
We are thinking of using it here for a quick survey for some people.

We haven't used it for anything at the moment, but it's installed and ready for if anybody needs to. I created a simple one just for demo purposes here.
