PLEASE HELP! Flash movie not coming up on Dreamweaver designed site

Hello, I am a novice web-designer attempting to launch my latest site and my flash movie on the site's homepage is not loading in IE or Mozilla. I'm sure it's some simple stupid thing I'm not doing:
DVX Marketing - Small Business Marketing Solutions - Bold and Creative

I appreciate ALL FEEDBACK, as I know this is not the best coded site. I'm learning more about CSS so I don't have to use as many images for my next design. Please help me! Thanks ahead of time.

in your code where you have value="dvxflash window.swf"
try using the full path value="http://www.dvxmarketing.com/dvxflash window.swf"
there are 2 places its in the code.

Whenever I'm embedding stuff I use: Embedded Media HTML Generator it makes all the coder for you

Have you tried removing the space in the swf filename...some browsers don't like paths with spaces in...

All spaces in filenames should be replaced with %20 when using within code - but generally, just don't use spaces within filenames online... and point to note: Tables for page layout? Frowned upon these days - produces bloated code. Tables for data. CSS for layout.

The code it produces fails validation on all points I'm afraid... have a look at this from 2002 - http://www.alistapart.com/articles/flashsatay/
These days however, flash tends to be embedded using javascript - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SWFObject
