Morning All,
I have to build a flash banner for one of our intranet, so i'm seeking your advice. What application would you recommend to build a flash banner quickly? I have no flash experience so the simpler the better.

Does it need to be flash would be my first question.

Could you do the same thing with an animated gif or such like?

Please tell us a bit more about what you need to achieve.

In a nutshell i have 4 banners that need to be rotated. The desired effect is that each banner fades in and out as they are displayed.
