I've been playing with KalturaCE and Red5 OS Flash for a while and have decided that the reason it is creating 0B files is that upload_max_filesize and post_max_size are set too low.
Has anyone got any advice on sensible settings for this bearing in mind the requirements for reasonably large files working with video.
Given low user numbers (less than fifty) and the fact it's unlikely more than two or three users will be using it simultaneously is 100M too high? I don't have any real world experience of average file sizes yet and I'd like to set it in such a way that no-one is likely to be hitting the buffers.
