Flash Banner

I've looking to incorporate the idea of a flash banner where you press 1/2/3/4 etc and it shows you different information etc.

The best example is the one on eBuyer: Cheap Laptops, Hard Drives, LCD Monitors, TVs, Televisions, Netbooks and more at Ebuyer.com

Could anyone point me in the direction on how to achieve said effect as I'm pretty useless with flash!

Flep studio is a good resource for flash. There is also some free components that you can edit for your needs.
