I need an easy way to automatically backup a WiKi (DokuWiKi). I can do it from my PC using FTP to download a copy of the 'pages' folder, but it's very tedious. There are plenty of free hosting services about offering huge storage capacities and I wondered if it were possible to set something up that would either be fully automatic, or just a case of visiting a site and clicking 'backup'.

Rsync is ideal for this sort of thing,
to automate it just set it up as a cron job.
you can run over ssh using preshared keys for security.
