Hi,
Does anyone know of a script that is similar to the RM Support website, where people can log a ticket, then we can keep updating the call, and we can have a referer to the KB article straight from the calls
Thanks

several available. We use my little helpdesk.
If you do a search on the site for "helpdesk" you will find at least 30 - everybody has their own preference to which they think is the best.
We use Help Desk Software, Customer Service Software and Live Chat Software - Kayako
We use Spiceworks. Doesn't have KB functionality yet though.
We use SpiceWorks - it's very good, has lots of cool features but as said above no KB function.
Although, we could just link to pre-created guides on our network by means of hyperlink/UNC paths but fairly confident staff wouldn't read it :-)
osTicket:: Open Source Support Ticket System or OTRS::Open Source Trouble Ticket System - Service Support System::Welcome! are two pretty popular open source ticket tracking systems.
Brilliant,
Thanks guys, will have a look at a few of these.
Thanks

Best Practical: RT: Request Tracker
is email and web based ticketing system
NetSupport do a really nice helpdesk system, which integrates with Active Directory. It's quite cheap too, from memory.
