[Javascript] RokSlideshow problem

I have added a Rok Slideshow module to our school website, which displays as expected and as wanted in Chrome, and Opera.

However, in Internet Explorer, it adds around 250px of white space above it for now reason. Any ideas why this is happening?

To combat this in some way, I have now moved it into the header, as it seems to be down to the broken box model in IE. So, it is now full width.
