Online Form, reults to Databse or Spreadsheet

I need to put a form online so a users has to make choices along with adding their name and get the results to be automatically eneterd into a database/spreadsheet etc....OK I admit its for the Xmas dinner and menu choices
I can sort one out that users can fill in and its emailed to me with their choices but would love to have it collated automatically as the form is filled in by each user as there will be about 160 people. The website does allow ASP scripts to be run so that may help. Did it once at Uni but that was a long time ago and had more time available then. Any suggestions, code etc.

You don't have a Sharepoint box by any chance on-site do you? If you did its quick and easy with the Survey module on Sharepoint which makes them into an excel file (if you choose to export it that way)

I'd second Google Docs - would take minutes to set up.

In the end I did what I should have done in the beggining, bite the bullet and revist my past and write a few asp pages to access an Access database. Once I'd got my head around it and found how to set up XP to run asp so I could test it before making it live online it was OK, only a couple of glitches but solved by visiting asp101.com forum (a very helpful place much like this one). It was not a complex job but what it does it fits the bill nicely. Thanks for the helpful suggestions anyway.

What didn't Google do that you did with ASP?
