Is there any free themes that have sucker fish menus available and flash headers and content or at least guides on how to do this?

yeah something a little better than my effort Where do I go to download it?

I'm also looking to put a flash object in the header instead of a normal jpeg and a couple of other flash objects on the main page do you know how to do this or where I could find out from?

The package theme is based on a theme from JoomlAxe

As for flash in the header you would need to embed it into the index.php of the theme.

When I try that all I get is a white space with the flash player saying movie not loaded?

[edit]just noticed that rti has removed the flash header - but it did work - try pm'ing them[/edit]

In retrospect, it might have been easier (and certainly more Joomla like ) to have found an extension module that plays .swf files and publish it to a position in the header (sometimes position "urgent" is up there on a lot of templates) but RTi has done a nice job with their site
