Need help with periodicvideos.com
Could'nt find the right place for this - Admins, please move if need be.
Right, I've been asked why this site is'nt working for us The Periodic Table of Videos - University of Nottingham - now, we block Youtube here so we are looking at the 'other server' (Right hand side of page under "YouTube blocked?" (this leads to The Periodic Table of Videos - University of Nottingham)
So clicking on a chemical element brings up a pop up and the flash video does not load. Looking at the source for the window it shows the file is from rtmp://126.96.36.199
Got Nottingham Uni - now can anybody tell me:-
a) If and which port this is trying to stream over (could be a closed port)
b) Is anyone else behind the SWGFL having this problem?
c) What about other Grids? - are you having this same issue?
d) Tried Firefox 3 - same problem. (as well as I.E. 6 sp1 )
e) Tried at home last night - Fine (BT broadband - same workstation config! FF + IE)
f) Any ideas?
Its nearly christmas.......

RTMP is a streaming protocol used in Flash etc - allowing traffic should be a case of allowing outbound traffic on port 1935.
