Ok, if the server is down due to a network or hardware issue, i contact the people who i co-locate with, they will do all the fault finding.
If the problem is directly related to a hardware fault i have a 3yr next Business Day with Dell Warranty
As for software related i have full access from work in my IT Tech role so am able to sort this out aswell as answer tickets etc.
The address and phone number, i wasnt aware it was a legal requirement. I'll get that sorted now.

Yes thats intentional.
One thing I just noticed, when I was about to create an account, is that you aren't registered with companies house. I understand that all businesses have to. You haven't added any contact details yet either.
Business's only need to be registered with companies house when you are LTD, we are'nt a LTD company but are still a registered business with HMRC.
As for the contact details, i've been having quite a bit of trouble with immature individuals calling taxi's and the like to my house so i am currently seeking advice on this.
