Uploading Joomla to webspace
Hi,
I am currently working on our Joomla website on my local machine, but I was just wondering, what is it that actually gets uploaded to our webspace? Is it just the htdocs folder?
Or do I have to install the Joomla package and xampp onto the ftp first?

10th October 2008, 09:35 PM #2 You'll need to copy the contents of the root folder of your local site to your webserver.
You will need to export your local sites db and import to your webservers db
Then you will need to edit your configuration.php file with the correct info for your webserver.
