    Sharepoint Freebies???

Im toying with the idea of replacing our aging phpNuke intranet site with a Sharepoint one. Problem is i have no idea where to start looking for free stuff (key word here, FREE, yes we are scruffs lol).

Anyway, please post up any freebies you know of. Dont nessessarily need to be directly suited to an intranet site.

    40 free sharepoint site/application templates

Application Templates for Windows SharePoint Services 3.0

A very good selection, make a good starting point for a number of different styles of usage - theres a list of them halfway down the page

SharePoint is free if you want to Window SharePoint Services version 3 from the Microsoft download site.

A free SCORM delivery SLK from SharePoint Learning Kit - Home and of course there is moodle.

Search in different sharepoint blogs for web parts to help develop your environment like a media player webpart to play videos on the front page.

If you want help in finding something give me a shout

Here are some of the free bits I use:
ITACS Password Changer - allows users to change their AD password, particularly useful if you have a password policy that expires accounts.
    Lead-it Essentials
ADVIS - Various free web parts
    Flash Dynamic Photogrid
STSADM extension - provides additional parameters for managing your SP environment.
    FeedListings - RSS Aggregator
Open ListItems in New Windows - Laucnhes links on a page to launch into new window (IE).
LaunchinIE - Not SP specific, but useful for launching executables in school.

Thought it was worth resurrecting this thread to plug: SPUserPoll.
It's a solution that allows the creation of polls without the hassle of setting up a survey, it also displays the results of the survey in graphic form in the web part. Of the free polling solutions I've tried, this seems to be the best.
