Default Free Hosting

great deal on the business pro package (Free for a year)

1&1 Internet Ltd.- WebHosting -Hosting

just signed up for it even though we have a business package already but the 8x MySQL databases will allow us some new development work to be done on the hosting rather that our own servers.

Just thought i would share this if anyone is interested.

Default fasthosts

No Netcraft: Parent of 1&1 Internet now own fasthosts
Different businesses never had problems with 1and1 unlike the users of this forum who have with fasthosts

I've had problems with 1&1 - had a domain parked there and boy was it hassle to get it moved after they didn't offer the facility to repoint the dns.

Going back a few years, but loooong memory means no business

Ask kesomir mentioned, I've also had problems getting them to cancel acocunts / domains so be sure you mgiht want to stay with them more than one year or remember to start the leaving process in plenty of time...

I wouldn't touch 1&1 with a 10 foot bargepole.
