ok installed irm http://www.stackworks.net/irm/

it has got feature to check pop3 account for email and add it into helpdesk...

But not doing it and not sure if setup right does anyone know how to check to a see if it logining in etc ok...

Also does it need a cron job setting up on a file to read email in...
