    Re: Openlaszlo

Just had a quick look at that. Do people think that this could be a good system for producing digital signs?

Mini-ITX PC connected to a big'ish 19" TFT monitor mounted on the wall running firefox in kiosk mode displaying the content created with openlaszlo or any better ideas?

Not been able to find any open source Digtial Signage software.

I guess you could do that, but I get the impression that its more interactive than just for a sign system.

Yes from what I saw it is designed for interactive stuff but one of their examples is a weather system so if you have a page split up into various information "bays" that loads data from an external source etc... then this live information could be displayed as a digital sign.
