Hi All
We currently have our main school website (or corporate website as the cheeses like to call it
) and our VLE. Now increasingly we find ourselves doing bits of dev work on the VLE site.
Would it be of any benefit in consolidating the 2? Ie.. all running from the VLE site? We currently use moodle and I know it's only a course management system but just wondered if we'd be pretty limited in what we can do with it non-VLE wise.

Use the Joomla template to pull RSS feeds from various items in your Moodle instance ... You can convert your website to a glorified prospectus with most of it static, and then use Moodle to do the dynamic bits.
