Joomla - mysql
Trying to install Joomla on my server. Its asking me for a host name, mysql username and password. Any ideas what I enter for these?

You need mysql installed to install joomla, its asking you for your mysql username usually root the password to that account and hostname which is probably localhost

if you have mySQL installed then you username and password are default to root if i remember correctly and you domain is localhost as default
if you don't have mySQL then download it from www.mysql.com and install it then run your joomla install.

Contact you hosting provider to see if you have an SQL DB available.
