    Exclamation VBScript compilation 800a03f6 Expected 'End'

    I've been rebuilding a web form from a previous version and basically copied the code exactly but merely changed the text boxes and database it accesses, however i keep getting this error after its been working for the past few days and i cant seem to put my finger on it.

    The error shown is always

    Microsoft VBScript compilation 800a03f6Expected 'End'/teachapp/form-footer.asp17

    The code for the page to which is refers to is below but i have a feeling that its on another page to which this footer file is included.

    If anyone can spot any errors within this and help me out it would be appreciated, the original code is not my design but we are using it to adapt into a second form for a different purpose.

    Code:
            <div class="ClearBoth"></div>

            <%if FormButton1 <> "" OR FormButton2 <> "" then%>
            <p class="FormDots"></p>
            <p class="BodyText">

            <%if FormButton1 <> "" then%>
            <input type="submit" name="FB" value="<%=FormButton1%>" align="left" />
            <%end if%>

            <%if FormButton2 <> "" then%>
            <input type="submit" name="FB" value="<%=FormButton2%>" align="right" onclick="return CheckForm();" />
            <%end if%>

            <input name="action" type="hidden" value="process"></p>
            <%end if%>

            </form>

            <p class="FormDots"></p>

        <div class="ClearBoth"></div>

    </div>
    </body>
    </html>

    I get the same error on a different line,

    I have the greatest feeling that the error isn't on this page but maybe another one from which includes the footer. The problem happens when i click a button to move from default.asp to step-2.asp, i think the problem could be with one of those pages but it feels like i been staring at it that long i cant see anything wrong

    I've included pasts bins of the files where i have the trouble moving to and from. the funny thing is i have pages 'step-3/4' and these move back and forwards with no problems so im guessing it must be around one of these pages?

    Default.asp
    [ASP] default.asp - Pastebin.com

    step-2.asp
    [ASP] step-2.asp - Pastebin.com

    process.asp
    [ASP] process.asp - Pastebin.com

    Ok I've got the form online at here, the first page will require data in all the fields, but you can fill it full of anything ill just clear the database later.

    hey cooper,

    i can see one error on the process.asp page.

    your calling for the if function twice but its only closed once at the end.

    Try adding another one at the end and see if that helps
