    CMS Made Simple

We are looking to upgrade our schools website content management system - we are currently using an old version of CMS Made Simple and would like to upgrade to a newer version. The CMS code has been modified by the previous developers (before my time) so would need someone to upgrade and bugfix.

Has anybody used companies like this that they can recommend? The only things I can find seem to be people who will help you design/create the site which is not what we want as we currently host it ourselves and don't want to tied to any contracts.
