Having seen several recomendations on here for joomla, I thought I'd give it a go for our school website and I'm pretty impressed with the results
So now we need somewhere to host the site, as the webspace we get with our RBC is pretty basic.
Can anyone recommend a good hosting company? Pref with good web statistics analysis
Cheers.
I use fuidatNET

Check out easily.co.uk
www.datasnake.co.uk are top fellows. Never had any problems and they will pretty much do as you ask them to with your webspace - none of this "we won't do this or that" nonsense. They are humans
I know this because one of my best friends from uni works for them as emergency technical support (they have several rack servers in the docklands data centre).
They host my personal site too www.pshuttleworth.co.uk

Please would someone help? What questions do I need to ask of my web site host in order to find out if they can run a Joomla site?
Many thanks.
Hello,
Do they meet the System Requirements of Joomla?
What sort of backup routines do they have in place?
As a new sponsor of EduGeek.net we have a very special offer - all our Linux Hosting plans fully support Joomla.
Hope this helps,
