Moodle Course Restore - An Error has ocurred

Hi,

I am getting the attached screenshot when i try to restore a course into Moodle.

Does anyone have any ideas as to the problem please?

Hi Zak. Put a couple of suggestions on your post on moodle.org. Is it the same version you backed up from and are restoring to? Is it a really large backup? You can break the back up into little bits from Moodle 1.9.5 if that might help the restore.

Hi,

They are different versions. The backup isn't big around 3mb. Someone suggested in an e-mail to bin stuff out of the temp backup folder in moodle data. im going to give that a shot.

Assuming it's backed up OK, could you not unzip offline and then ftp it up?

the server is hosted here so can copy and paste but i want to get the feature working if possible
