Moodle 2.3

We are looking to revitalise student and staff engagement with our VLE and are looking at a fresh install of 2.3 with AD and CMIS integration. We have talked to a few support companies that only offer a full managed service. We feel able to host the service and deal with most technical issues, so a full managed service doesn't necessarily represent good value for us. We would particularly like to talk to schools who have successful implementations and who can identify keys to that success. We would also like to find companies/consultants who have Moodle 2.2 expertise/experience and who are willing to tailor support/consultancy packages to our needs.

Feel free to contact us - we've got a fully functioning Moodle 2.3 install linked to our SIMS/AD. Manage most of it in house but pay for ZiLink from SchoolsICT. Really well used within school and most staff are loving it :)

Does anyone have ballpark figure for the cost of ZiLink? I've looked at the website and can't see any idea of cost at all?

Here are their current prices however, schoolsict are developing some interesting stuff with regards to Sims writeback in the near future.
