    moodle setup now to get it on the web

    Hi All,

    right i have set up my moodle site for the school on the local network

    now they want me to get it live on the web first time for me to do this and feels like a daunting task for me

    i contacted my lea and they said they need me to get a ssl cert which i understand full.

    then what do i need to do

    help

    Well you need to get a webserver setup to host it on. installing PHP on IIS 7.5 is easy. You will also need to install mysql.

    Then you put the server in a DMZ get your SSL cert and then the LEA will open ports for you.

    We use this SSL cert for our moodle - 123-SSL | buy cheap SSL
