Your DNS name 'muddle.shs.com' doesn't appear to exist.
Moodle will have this DNS name in it's settings - so in your school it'll work fine but as we can't resolve the name, all we get is a mess.
If you right click over one of the pictures that isn't showing, and go to properties, you'll get the server address shown in the address link. You're not getting any style sheets or images.
You need to talk to your broadband provider or consortium and have your server name DNS linked to your IP.
Re: Moodle Problems - Can i have a bit of help please
I believe getting Moodle to work with different domain names and URLs isn't straight forward. I'd recommend configuring moodle for the externally-accessible domain (eg. moodle.school.lea.sch.uk) and also set up that hostname internally as an alias for it's interal IP. Then everyone inside and outside of the school access it via its full hostname.

Do you own the shs.com domain? If not thats your problem. I quick fix would be to change the '$CFG->wwwroot' value to 84.12.68.108/moodle. Not knowing how you have this setup could break it. You would then have to access it by the ip address.
